Functional Fitness (Open to the public)
Functional Fitness is a fun, energetic class combining Wing Chun, Filipino Arts, Western
Boxing, and Resistance Training for a great Cardio workout. Cardio workouts have proven a
major asset to athletes and everyday people alike.
Lowering the risk of injury, increasing endurance, weight loss, stress reduction,
improved self esteem, and overall better health. It has even been a determining factor
in the ever popular UFC. Fitness and exercise are key in healthy living when combined with a
healthy diet.
Have Fun!! The classes are fun and a great release!
Unlike most cardio-kickboxing classes, we actually give you reference to where the
movements come from and how they can be applied!
That being said, not only are you getting fit; it’s functional!!! A punch is more than a punch in here!
Combinations, focus mitt drills, use of dumbbells, and giving you the key points
for developing power is sure to strengthen your core, shed pounds, and feel great.

Class Times:
Tuesdays 6:15pm - 7pm
Class Cost:
$10.00 per class for members
$7.00 per class when you sign up for 10 classes or more in advance
$15.00 per class non-members
Membership $65.00 per year*
* Memberships include registration, T-shirt, and discounts to all Martial Art classes and Specialty classes.
* Although equipment is supplied, we encourage bringing your own focus mitts and MMA gloves if needed.
